Cookie Policy
1. What this covers
Fluxent Technologies, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) explains how Fluxent uses cookies, web beacons, and local storage to recognize you when you visit our marketing website (fluxent.tech) and the authenticated client portal (client.fluxent.tech), what these technologies are, and why we use them.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information. We also use related technologies such as web beacons and browser local storage, which we refer to collectively as “cookies” in this Policy.
3. What we use
- Strictly necessary (essential): session/authentication cookies, CSRF tokens, and security cookies. Required for the portal to function; cannot be switched off.
- Preferences: browser local storage for UI state (e.g., saved views/filters, role view).
- Analytics / performance: Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — cookieless, collecting anonymous, aggregated page-view and Core Web Vitals data; they set no advertising cookies and build no cross-site profiles. We disclose their use here and in our Privacy Policy.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
| Cookie / technology | Purpose | Category | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|

csrftoken | Prevents cross-site request forgery | Essential | ~1 year | Fluxent (first-party) |
| Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights | Anonymous usage and performance metrics | Analytics | Cookieless (24-hour anonymous hash) | Vercel |
__stripe_mid / __stripe_sid | Fraud prevention during card payment | Essential / security | ~1 year / ~30 minutes | Stripe (third-party) |
Local storage (view_as_role, UI preferences) | Remember your view and preferences | Preferences | Until you clear it | Fluxent (first-party) |
4. Your choices
Essential cookies are required for the site and portal to function and cannot be switched off. Our analytics are cookieless and anonymous; you can further limit collection through your browser settings (see “Managing cookies”). For U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., California’s CPRA), we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and our analytics are not used for targeted advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out of sale or sharing applies.
5. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will break portal login and functionality.
6. Third parties
Hosting/analytics providers (e.g., Vercel) and payment processing (Stripe) may set strictly-necessary or security cookies in connection with their services. See our Privacy Policy for the processor list.
7. Changes
We will update this page and the “Last updated” date as our practices change.
